We hired David to help us get our 50+ year old home ready to sell. He and his crew did quality work on every aspect of the job! They are all super nice, very professional, and easy to work with. David came up with a budget friendly option to enhance the look and functionality of our old ugly basement space. The basement is now finished and came out better than we could have ever imagined! He and his crew also prepped and painted the old ugly garage. They power washed and painted the floor too. The garage looks brand new and amazing! David replaced numerous rotten deck posts, did some masonry work, replaced a bathroom floor, and performed numerous other repairs throughout the house. Our home has never looked so good! The work that David and his crew did for us completely exceeded our expectations!! We highly recommend Naples Optimal Solutions!!!

David & his crew are the real deal. Knowledgeable, innovative, professional & artistic. We wanted a modern update to our home starting with a new front entrance. This developed into a new, beautifully stained front door, black painted garage doors, shutters & new outdoor lanterns. Inside, they replaced our tile landing with new hardwood and our wooden railings with new wrought iron & wood railings, sanded & sealed our floors, painted every room & door & placed all of our furniture & paintings where they belonged. All of this was done within a three week period; even with all of the recent rain. Suddenly, our dated home looks brand new! We were most impressed by Davids attention to every detail and the care with which he and his crew listened to our vision and brought it to life. They built our railings by hand and found the perfect stain for our front door; both of which were very important to us; not to mention being skilled in carpentry, electrical & design. David is the definition of a General Contractor and we could not be more pleased with his work.

David and his team are absolutely incredible, hard-working, knowledgeable, and kind! We had a fairly complicated basement renovation, including adding a bathroom below grade. Thankfully, David had experience with this type of work and knew exactly what to do. On top of that, our town had particularly strict permit requirements, but David navigated all of it with persistence and professionalism, ensuring everything was up to code so the job could be completed. Were so thankful for David and his team and highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Honest, reliable and fair priced. David has done small and large repairs and a half bath reno. He has been my "go to guy" for 4 years now.
He always texts when on his way,
He always answers the phone when I call, or returns calls asap
He makes my emergencies his priority
Jobs include replacing mailbox, fixing deck steps, replacing a bad light switch, new front and side doors with storm doors, cleaning a long line dryer vent, bifold doors, power washing my home, masonry steps, removing old unused wood burning stove, installing a water softener, setting me up with a generator... and the list goes on. He genuinely wants customers happy and to make their lives better.
Most recent David turned a small space into a functional half bath that we love. This reno included running all new drains and water lines in a crawl space, not fun yet never once complained. He has been so patient with all our little wishes and ideas, especially making sure my elderly mother is safe and happy.
Next job is the full bath reno desperately needed, with all the safeties my mom will need.
David's input and experience is invaluable. And he can multitask too. He has had 4 jobs in my home in one day, and somehow always gets it done.

Doesn't get better than David! I have used him in my home for some time now and there isn't a job he can't do. He has redone my bathroom, fixed leaking sinks, hooked up my refrigerator, moved furniture, hung shelves, fixed roof and pretty much done any other job I've had. He does it all and has definitely been an asset to my home projects.

Everything is done quickly and efficiently and he always has a great attitude. He offers great prices and will make sure you are 100% satisfied and is very neat with his work.

Dave possesses a variety of areas of expertise. I recently used Dave for a bigger project in my home. My second-floor tenant's bathroom was outdated and run down, to say the least. He completely gutted and re-modeled the entire bathroom. There is no project too small or too big for Dave. I have used him on several different projects throughout my home that I have been very pleased with. A few of the tasks he has completed for me are a basic hanging of a few pictures, completely building a kitchen in an unfinished basement, redoing laminate flooring in a tenant's home, replaced a large bay window, designed a fireplace to heat a basement, opened up a load-bearing wall, and made an emergency house call for a leaking sink. Dave has always been extremely professional. He strives to practice perfectionism in everything that he does. Dave's honesty throughout the entirety of the project, timely execution of the project, more than fair pricing and ability to adapt to challenges along the way are just a few of the reasons why I continue to use him. During this particular project, he gutted the entire bathroom down to the beams. He also replaced and updated plumbing, installed new insulation and sheetrock, changed water lines, tiled the shower and floor, and replaced all fixtures such as bathtub, toilet, and vanity. Not only did he take care of the construction of the bathroom, but it also needed to be redesigned. He was very pleasant to converse with back and forth and willing to giving his professional opinion on design tips and cost-effective methods, which was extremely helpful for a novice in remodeling. He was very considerate of my tenant and her needs when remodeling the bathroom. He finished the bathroom in a meticulous way, in which, she wouldn't be without the necessities in the bathroom ever. I would highly recommend Dave for any project you have in mind he will definitely make your vision come to life.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home in northern NJ and we were referred to Dave by a mutual acquaintance. It was very important to us that we get someone experienced, being as how we just made such an important, large investment. We needed to replace sliding doors that go out to our pool area, fix the roof, and finish our basement; we also had several other "odd" jobs, that Dave and his crew thoroughly completed on a tight timetable and at a fair price. The poolside sliding doors I mentioned above, were an especially important to replace. In addition to replacing the doors, the source of an active leak, allowing water from the door's framework to enter our basement, had to be discovered and fixed during the process. To complete the basement, Dave's team had to first put their masonry skills to work, by completely leveling the very uneven existing concrete floor. We also had Dave widen our stairway leading to the basement so we could fit a larger washer/dryer & fridge in our cellar. Lastly, we needed additional zone piping laid, and zone valves changed on our Utica furnace. Dave's expertise on both materials and finishes were paramount to our decision making process.
